Introduction
The aim of the Clinica Universitaria of Navarra is to provide special personalised care. Our organisation has been designed with the patient in mind and we put all our energy into this.
Around two thousand people work at the Clinica Universitaria, all of them on a full time basis, in order to guarantee a quality medical service, personalised attention and deep respect for the dignity of each person.
The challenge of the Clinica is to remain at the forefront of scientific advances in order to offer an integral, cutting-edge and innovative medical service. We constantly endeavour, therefore, to promote research in close collaboration with other centres of the University of Navarra and with the Centre for Applied Medical Research. Research, together with the incorporation of the latest technological advances, enables us to make a quick and efficient medical diagnosis and treatment.

Collaborations in articles on clinical advances and findings in international publications are a regular practice of our specialists.
Specialists from the Clinica and from the Science Faculties of the University of Navarra collaborate in the Centre for Applied Medical Research (CIMA). The four main research lines are developed in the areas of Oncology, Neurosciences, Hepatology and Cardiovascular Physiopathology.
