Introduction

The European Business Innovation Centre of Navarra (CEIN) is a service of the Government of Navarra at the disposal of SMEs and entrepreneurs that seek to consolidate and diversify the region�s economic and industrial environment. We nurture entrepreneurial spirit, identify, promote and develop business projects and encourage innovation in companies of Navarra.

CEIN�S philosophy is European-orientated, both in terms of the work methodology that it employs and in terms of the constant search for innovative services and the detection of new business opportunities or economic development projects that it conducts in collaboration with other European regions.

Our shareholders include forty-five companies and organisations of Navarra, chaired by the Government of Navarra, the main shareholder, through the regional Department of Industry. Despite having the legal status of a Public Limited Company, CEIN is a non-profit making organisation.

Outstanding facilities and infrastructures related to R&D:

CEIN currently carries out its activities in two buildings sited in the Industrial Area Mocholí, Noáin, covering a total surface area of 8,000 m2. The main building of CEIN houses several meeting rooms, an extensive exhibition area, the business incubator, a bar-restaurant and an assembly hall equipped to hold conferences and talks.
The training building has the necessary services for SMEs and entrepreneurs to hold meetings and attend training activities and conferences. Furthermore, it is the headquarters of the Software Excellence Centres.
